Experience a night of exceptional food and wine as we bring the flavours of Victoria’s King Valley to Bar Distrikt. Join us for a specially curated dinner celebrating the award-winning Dal Zotto family wines, expertly paired with a seasonal menu crafted by our chefs.

The evening begins with a delicate tea-smoked salmon entrée paired with Dal Zotto Pinot Grigio, followed by lemon and thyme brined Mt. Leura lamb rump and slow-roast Gippsland grass-fed beef striploin fillet. Each dish is matched with elegant Italian varietals including Sangiovese and Barbera. A decadent passionfruit cheesecake with praline rounds out the experience, paired with a refreshing Dal Zotto Limoncello Spritz.

More than a dinner, this is a celebration of craftsmanship and heritage. The Dal Zotto family has been pioneering Prosecco in Australia since the late 1980s, earning accolades including a five-star Halliday Wine Companion rating and Dark Horse Winery of the Year in 2020.

Your host for the evening, Daniella Gonzini of Joval Wines, will guide you through each pairing, sharing the stories and passion behind these exceptional wines.
